This cereal can also be consumed hot. Add hot milk or milk substitute, stir for about 30 seconds. Add fruits to sweeten such as bananas, pears or berries. It can also be used as an add-on to your regular porridge. Since the cereals are so concentrated in nutrients, just a little goes a long way.
Stove top instructions:
Boil 1 cup of water or any kind of milk alternative. I like adding some fruit such as bananas, pears or berries in the water or milk alternative while it is boiling but you don't have to. Once the liquid boils, turn off the heat and add 1/3 cup of the Quin'Hot mix. Stir for a few seconds until the liquid is all mixed up with the cereal. It is ready to eat! You can also add some dried cranberries, cinnamon, etc. at the end or some sweetener if you have not added the fruit prior.
