Green Smoothie Bowl

We really like the color in this creation and how it all came together.


For the green thick smoothie we use 1/2 cup of miylk10, one banana, 1/2 cup of frozen spinach, 1 tsp of morninga, 1 tbsp of hemp seeds.

Then for the topping, we sprinkle some chia seeds and added some mangoes, strawberries, more hemp seeds and some fresh coconut. We bought an actual whole coconut, whacked it open and added the flesh on top of the smoothie. Nice alternative to dried coconut as the fresh one is quite juicy.

You guys can try this today. We noticed a satiation rate of about 4 hours with this smoothie. It will hold you up until lunch time.
