Dark Chocolate Oatmeal Bowl

This is a masterpiece guys. You feel like you are having desert but it has about 20 grams of protein, 5000 mg of omega 3 and at least 12 grams of fibre. Great post workout boost!
     
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of our Miylk10
  • 1 tbsp of oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp of dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp of hemp seeds.

 Instructions

  1. Blend all for about a few seconds. You want the texture to still be a bit rough for some bites.
  2. Then add one tsp of chia seeds in a bit of water to create a paste. Mix paste with the chocolate mixture to create the base.
  3. For toppings, use coconut flakes, frozen blueberries, granola of your choice, chocolate chips.
