Shipping Policy

Orders are usually shipped within 72 business hours of their reception. There may be additional delays during holiday periods or long week-ends. Orders are shipped by Canada Post Express and will on average take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days.

Please ensure that your address is a physical one and not a PO box as these are usually difficult to ship goods to.
Attention if you are in the Northern Territories, EMAIL us first BEFORE placing your order.

If you are ordering that your item be shipped to a US address please be advised that there are certain states that may require additional duties depending on regulations. YoFiit cannot be held responsible for additional charges applied by your state.

Our minimum order requirement is 30 CAD.

  • Flat shipping fee of 6.99 CAD is applied to all orders between 30 CAD & 59 CAD shipped within Canada.
  • Free shipping for all orders 59 CAD and over (before tax) shipped within Canada.

Tracking your order:

Once your order is shipped, we will email you with a shipping confirmation and tracking number link which you can follow. If the item has not arrived, you can contact the shipping company directly or send us an email: info@yofiit.com

Please contact us if you would like to ship your order internationally as this is only done as an ad hoc request at this point.

Payment

We accept the following methods of payment, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.   Your purchase from YoFiit will show on your Credit Card statement as Your Fitness Dish Inc.  Our prices are in CAD.   All Canadian shipments will be subject to  GST, PST and HST depending on the province.  If there are promo codes, you can add them in the appropriate box and it will update your total price.  Only one promo code can be used at a same.

If for some reason you are not happy with the purchase, simply return or exchange the item in its original and unused condition including all original packaging and labels within 30 (thirty) days for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges.

If your item has arrived damaged or in a bad shape or if you have received the wrong item, please email us a picture and we will be happy to send you a replacement product in addition to some other goodies as a way to compensate you for your troubles. Please email info@yofiit.com and remember to add your name, and mailing address.
