You need to prepare the base with 1 cup of milk and 3 tbsp of chia seeds. Mix well until fully absorbed. Add more milk or chia if needed.
Crush one banana for sweetness. You may use anything else such as maple syrup or some other form of natural sugar. leave about a third of the mix white.
Take the 2/3rd and add 1 tbsp of dark cocoa powder. you can add a bit more sweetener if you don't like the bitterness of dark cocoa but we love it here.
Add also about 1 tbsp of hemp seeds.
Add about 1 tsp of maca powder and layer chocolate, white base, chocolate. You could finish it with more chocolate (unsweetened dark cocoa chips or shreds) .
